On-Line: Place your order on line 24 hours a day. You can pay by debit card, credit card or pay-pal.

Most orders placed by 11:00am CST will be sent at the same day. Allow 7 to 10 days for ‘One of a Kind’ or Special Orders.

UPS is the primary carrier for shipping orders. Please provide only a street address when placing orders. Use of other carriers or postal services is within discretion of MATAH.

Large order or orders, with a high value ,will be shipped from MATAH headquarters with instructions for UPS to obtain a signature. Please be sure the package is sent to a location where someone will receive it and sign for it.

MATAH will not pay for additional shipping of packages where the incorrect addresses have been provided. The customer is solely responsible for all additional shipping charges resulting from delivery address errors and re-routing of packages from the address provided to another address.

Drop Shipments

Under the affiliate program, products can be shipped to your customer.

Picking Up Orders from MATAH store

Orders can be picked up from the MATAH store in Kansas City, Mo. Orders must be placed in advance by phone, email or mailed in.
